What's Up?

I just re-read the 1999 article from Jane Magazine posted under Skeetology. I always read he had tattooed Georgina's first name over his heart, and her middle name of May on his left forearm. I've also thought he tattooed both his twins' names there. On IMDb, a poster said one of the tattoos says May, and since there are only two names on his arm, figured his daughter's name is also May.

But take a look at this 1999 photo. He has two names on his arm. Is this a 1999 photo? The other two have the magazine's name on them, but this one doesn't. However, his (awful) buzzcut is the same as in one of the other photos from that year.
